Free & Standard Delivery

At HerbalUKShop, we provide free UK delivery on all orders over £79.

For orders below £79, a flat delivery charge of £6.99 will apply.

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery at every stage.

Fast Dispatch & Reliable Delivery

Orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday–Friday) are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

All deliveries are handled by our trusted courier partner DPD, known for dependable and prompt service across the UK.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

To ensure a smooth and efficient service, we follow Herbalife’s standard processing procedures:

Same-Day Order Transfer
Orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday–Friday) are generally transferred to the warehouse the same day and are often prepared for dispatch immediately.

Next Working Day Transfer
Orders submitted after 12:00pm are typically forwarded to the warehouse on the next business day and prepared for shipment shortly after.

Dispatch Timing
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being processed, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Please note that during peak periods, bank holidays, or month-end processing times, slight delays may occur.

Order Amendments & Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed and submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
